Self-care and Downtime

I firmly believe creativity needs space for quite reflection. We must make time to listen to our hearts and refresh our creative spirits. Taking time from our daily lives while being surrounded by nature is one of the most powerful forms of self-care. Nature has a way of calming the soul, invigorating the senses and inspiring the creative mind.

There will be ample downtime for everyone to find solitude and rejuvenate.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed and inspired to step back into your life with a renewed creativity.
